No, enterprise is one fixed price, however much you bill. Contact sales for the price.

What does the 0.5% apply to?

The amount you bill your customers through Flexprice. It is not based on your ARR. If you bill $100,000 in a month, you pay $199 plus $500 (0.5%), so $699 for that month.

At the end of each month, in one invoice: the $199 fee plus 0.5% of what you billed that month. If you bill nothing, you pay $199.

Pay as you go is for teams that want their cost to follow their billing. You pay $199 a month plus 0.5% of what you bill through Flexprice, with up to 50M events a month. Enterprise is for companies with very high event volumes or complex billing setups. It's also the plan to choose if you don't want to pay a share of what you bill, or if you need on-prem deployment. It's one fixed price with no revenue share.
